Wash Works Supply is a fast-growing pressure washing and soft washing equipment company. We sell, service, repair, and build professional equipment and complete custom washing systems for contractors who depend on that equipment to make their living.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Shop Technician, you’ll work alongside our team building, servicing, repairing, and preparing professional pressure washing and soft washing equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building pressure washing and soft washing equipment
• Assisting with custom trailer and skid builds
• Installing pumps, engines, hose reels, tanks, plumbing, and accessories
• Plumbing and assembling complete washing systems
• Diagnosing equipment problems
• Performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
• Testing completed equipment before it reaches the customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work area
• Helping receive, organize, and prepare equipment when needed
• Learning our products and becoming more technically knowledgeable over time
• Taking ownership of the quality of every job you touch

Experience with small engines, pumps, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, automotive repair, mechanical work, or equipment repair is a major plus.

But attitude matters just as much.

If you are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and take pride in doing things correctly, we can teach you our industry.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20–$25/hour based on experience and ability
