We are hiring experienced Shop Welders/Fabricators for a steady shop-based role producing high-quality welds across multiple materials and applications. This position involves fabrication and welding of frames, stands, pipe systems, flange fits, and casting repairs in a controlled shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal types
Fabricate and assemble components including frames, pipe, and flanges
Execute weld repairs on castings and structural components
Maintain weld quality to meet Boiler & Pressure Vessel standards
Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and specs
Requirements
3–5 years of shop welding/fabrication experience
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
Familiarity with stick welding and torch work preferred
Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, and carbon steel
Ability to pass onsite weld testing
Work Location
Shop-based role;candidates must reside within 25 miles of the jobsite
