Showing Assistant - Kenmore/Bothell Area

Job Description

Our team is growing along the north end of Lake Washington, and we are hiring a licensed Showing Assistant to serve buyers throughout Kenmore, Bothell, and the surrounding Northshore communities. You will spend your days touring homes with clients from Kenmore's waterfront and Inglemoor neighborhoods to Canyon Park and downtown Bothell, gathering feedback, and helping our sales agents move buyers from first showing to closing table. This is a commission based position with training, coaching, and leads provided - a great fit for a newly licensed agent who wants real reps in a familiar local market instead of cold starting on their own. An active and valid Washington real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
