  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and maintain an organized showing calendar
  • Assist in gathering and preparing necessary documentation for property viewings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of the Lafayette real estate market and surrounding areas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using smartphones, GPS, and real estate software applications
