Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
  • Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions
  • Assist the Cary Team Realty agents with scheduling and managing appointments
  • Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings
  • Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and address concerns
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client interactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of the Lafayette, USA real estate market and local neighborhoods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple showings
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
