Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and real estate agents
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings by ensuring cleanliness and staging standards
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the sales team to improve marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions in the company database
  • Support the Cary Team Realty agents with administrative tasks as needed during the sales process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate education or certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and basic office software (e.g., email, calendar apps)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of the Lafayette, USA real estate market is an advantage
