The Showing Assistant position at Agents With A Smile is tailored for newer agents seeking regular buyer interaction, real market exposure, and access to proven systems—all while cultivating the essential habits needed for a thriving, long-term real estate career. This role focuses on learning, service, and skill-building rather than immediate financial gain.

In this capacity, you will accompany buyers on property tours, collect feedback, and help deliver an outstanding client experience. You’ll enhance your face-to-face client communication, boost your confidence navigating homes and neighborhoods, and deepen your understanding of buyer preferences.

Although there may be some compensation linked to showings, this role is not designed as a primary income source. Showing Assistants are encouraged to engage actively in lead generation, training, and coaching, viewing showings as a valuable learning opportunity and a way to foster future business through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
