What You'll Do

As a Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping buyers throughout their home-buying journey.

• Show homes to qualified buyers throughout Central Kentucky
• Build strong relationships through responsive, professional communication
• Assist lead agents with buyer consultations and client follow-up
• Provide feedback after showings and communicate with clients and team members
• Stay up to date on local real estate inventory, new listings, and market conditions
• Help buyers navigate the process of finding and purchasing a home
• Learn proven systems, scripts, and processes used by a successful real estate team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A genuine desire to learn, improve, and build a long-term career as a real estate agent

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
