As a Showing Assistant, you’ll support buyers throughout the home search process by helping coordinate and conduct property showings, communicating clearly with clients, and providing a professional, responsive experience. This role is a great opportunity to strengthen your real estate knowledge, build confidence with buyers, and learn from an experienced team.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, professional, motivated, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a great buyer experience are important in this role.

Depending on eligibility, additional benefits may include revenue sharing, health insurance, profit sharing, vesting opportunities, and real estate investment options.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
