Responsibilities

• Shadowing/Training - You'll train, role-play, and work closely with your team daily.
• Lead Generation - You'll get the opportunity to execute our PLACE systems elevating your lead generation skillset.
• Open Houses - Combine your personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
• Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills, allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
• Script Training - You'll join your team in regular script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
• Teamwork - You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
• Coaching/Training - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.
• Consultation - Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with buyers to guide them through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence.
• Home Selection - You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them find their perfect place to call home.
• Negotiation - leverage tried and true techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals.
• Done For You - take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a SOLO Agent to close a transaction.
• Technology - benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.

Qualifications

To be an amazing fit, YOU will want to be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the community. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
