In this position, you will assist licensed agents by organizing and conducting property showings, tours, and open house events. We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and goal-driven individual who is passionate about building a successful career through self-motivation and hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate home showings, property tours, and open houses
• Work closely with licensed real estate agents to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in continuous learning and professional growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
• Internally motivated
• Willingness to learn
