Join the Hudson Stonegate Team as a licensed Showing Assistant, providing essential field support for a high-volume agent in the Denver area. We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced supportive role and is ready to sharpen their industry skills alongside top-tier talent. Your responsibilities include streamlining the tour process, facilitating property showings, capturing buyer feedback, and attending inspections through to the final walk-through. Please note: An active Colorado Real Estate License is required for this role. This is a commission-only position; there is no salary, hourly, or per-appointment compensation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the lead agent to support their high-volume business and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate and handle all client logistics, including property tours, inspections, and final walk-throughs.
- Provide detailed, written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine the client’s search criteria.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and the PLACE Partner Call.
- Participate in team activities and script practice per established team standards.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and graduate from the PLACE New Agent Launch program.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Real Estate License (Required).
- Strong understanding of real estate industry standards and client management best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a high-touch, hospitality mindset.
- Capacity to analyze client needs and effectively match them to available properties.
- Learning-based mindset with a commitment to professional growth and leadership development.
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
- Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to support others in a team environment.
- High school graduate.
- Reliable vehicle and the ability to spend a significant amount of time driving throughout the Denver Metro area.
