As a Showing Partner, you will focus on lead generation, consistent follow up, conducting home showings, nurturing relationships, and providing an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Consistent lead generation activities as detailed in our team standards. It’s the foundation of our business and directly drives your pipeline and income.

Convert conversations into appoints and signed agreements with buyers and sellers. Strong conversion skills are essential to build a predictable and scalable business for yourself.

Hold buyer consultations and guide them through theme search process. You’ll deliver a high level client experience while identifying and meeting your buyers’ needs.

Go on selling experience consultations with sellers to secure listings, and manage the listing process. You’ll position properties strategically to attract buyers and maximize exposure and results for your sellers.

Host open houses and actively prospect for new business opportunities while doing so. It’s a great way to expand your network and generate additional leads though consistent activity.

Use PLACE technology to track all activities and client interactions. This maintains organization, accountability and data driven decision making. 

Participate we weekly coaching, training, script practice and team meetings. This is where you’ll continuously improve your skills and performance through structured development. It’s what so many agents are missing.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License (required to join the team but not to apply)
  • Highly self-motivated with a robust work ethic and a competitive spirit
  • Demonstrated ability or strong enthusiasm to generate leads and close deals
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • Growth-oriented, receptive to coaching, and takes responsibility for outcomes
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and apply proven systems and scripts
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for contributing and growing in a supportive environment
