Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
  • Draft and negotiate purchase offers
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives according to team expectations
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
