If you’re a licensed real estate agent who would rather focus on clients than transaction administration, the Showing Partner role may be a strong fit. You’ll support a Real Estate Advisor by building property searches, showing homes, and attending inspections and final walk-throughs.

What You’ll Receive

A dedicated team supporting every transaction. As a Showing Partner, you’ll work alongside a sales agent rather than independently overseeing the full transaction. A team that includes a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager will manage key operational responsibilities, allowing you to spend more time with buyers, gain valuable experience, and develop your real estate expertise.

Individualized mentorship and ongoing coaching. You’ll be paired with a Real Estate Advisor who is committed to your production and long-term growth. You’ll receive weekly coaching, continuous training, and 24/7 access to the team for questions, direction, encouragement, and problem-solving support.

Leads, established systems, and marketing resources. Lead opportunities may come from sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and internet inquiries. You’ll also have access to tools including Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program to help you stay consistently connected with your sphere. Through hands-on training and practical guidance, you’ll develop effective prospecting skills you can apply in the real world.

A comprehensive support package. Your benefits will include transaction coordination, marketing assistance, coaching, lead-generation resources, performance tracking and reporting, and additional services valued at more than $71,900 per year.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
