If you’re a licensed real estate agent ready to focus on clients—not the administrative demands of every transaction—the Showing Partner role may be the right fit. You’ll support a Real Estate Advisor by setting up property searches, showing homes, and attending inspections and final walk-throughs.

What You’ll Receive

A complete team supporting every transaction. As a Showing Partner, you’ll work closely with a sales agent rather than managing the entire transaction independently. Dedicated professionals—including a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager—handle key operational responsibilities, allowing you to focus on working with buyers, gaining experience, and developing your real estate skills.

Hands-on mentorship and ongoing coaching. Each Showing Partner is paired with a Real Estate Advisor who is committed to your production and professional development. You’ll receive weekly coaching, regular training, and around-the-clock access to the team for questions, support, celebrations, and challenges.

Leads, systems, and marketing resources. Our lead-generation strategy includes sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and internet leads. You’ll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program designed to keep you connected with your sphere. With the right tools and training in place, you’ll develop strong, practical prospecting skills.

Benefits with substantial value. Your support package includes transaction coordination, marketing assistance, coaching, lead-generation tools, performance tracking and reporting, and additional resources valued at more than $71,900 per year.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
