Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success.
• Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in refining their property search.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
• Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers.
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team.
• Engage in team activities in alignment with team standards.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Track and document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and systems.
• Present properties and highlight their key features to potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Ready to travel extensively by car
