As a Showroom Associate, you’ll help customers by answering questions, providing product information, and guiding them through the services we offer. We're looking for an individual who possesses and maintains a friendly, outgoing demeanor and can work well with customers as well as other associates.
About the Role
Greet and interact with customers to provide a positive representation of our brand
Replenish depleted inventory in the showroom
Process customer transactions through Shopify POS cash registers
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ensure all calls are answered and routed to the correct department
