DTK Stone Works is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator/Sales Support person to support our Showroom operations and Sales Associates at our stone manufacturing firm located in Chicago’s northwest suburbs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a team oriented, design-focused sales environment.
As our Showroom Coordinator/Sales Support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations by assisting with client interactions, order processing, showroom maintenance, and administrative support.
Your work will contribute to building long-term client relationships and supporting the overall success of our sales team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales Associate, including:
Scheduling appointments
Managing emails
Preparing sales materials
Assist in client interactions by:
Welcoming visitors to the showroom
Providing initial product information
Directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
Help maintain and update CRM systems (PipeDrive, ActionFlow) with:
Client information
Follow-ups
Sales activity
Support the sales process by:
Preparing quotes
Tracking orders
Coordinating with the fabrication and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
Assist in marketing outreach efforts, including:
Managing email campaigns
Coordinating industry events
Organizing showroom presentations
Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring that:
Samples and displays are well-organized
Displays are up to date
Monitor order progress by:
Following up with clients on pending decisions
Assisting with resolving customer service issues
Stay informed about:
Industry trends
New product offerings
Company updates
Providing accurate information to clients
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service; experience in the stone, design, or construction industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable using CRM software (PipeDrive preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for interior design, architecture, or home improvement is a plus.
