Showroom Design Consultant (Tiles)
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (In-Showroom)
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days a Week, 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role
Are you obsessed with interior design, up-to-date on the latest home styling trends, and naturally energized by connecting with people? We are a premium tile showroom in the heart of Williamsburg looking for a vibrant, long-term Showroom Design Consultant to join our team.
This is not a cold, corporate retail job. We are looking for an extremely social, warm, and easy-going individual who can turn a customer’s vision into reality. Whether working with local interior designers, contractors, or neighborhood homeowners, you will be the face of our showroom—helping clients curate stunning spaces using our tile collections.
No prior tile experience? No problem. If you bring the passion, style, and a great personality, we are fully willing to train you on the technical side of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design Consultation: Greet walk-in clients and scheduled visitors, actively listening to their project ideas to help them select layouts, materials, and color palettes.
  • Relationship Building: Act as an approachable, friendly, and deeply helpful resource for everyone who steps through our doors.
  • Stay Trend-Forward: Maintain an active knowledge of modern interior design trends.
  • Showroom Management: Keep the physical showroom floor organized, visually inspiring, and sample boards neatly displayed during your shift.
  • Learn & Grow: Actively participate in product training to understand different tile materials and installation basics.
