Who You Are:

As a Lovesac Showroom Manager you are energized by owning sales results by personally engaging customers, building the pipeline, and consistently closing business, while leading teams to do the same [JK4.1][AW4.2]and creating remark-able customer experiences. You bring energy, curiosity, and adaptability to a fast-growing environment, leaning into change with confidence and momentum while consistently driving strong results. You lead with composure, set high standards, and build strong teams grounded in trust and accountability. You grow brand awareness through meaningful relationships, show up consistently on the floor, and raise the bar - delivering results the right way, because we all win together.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Customer Experience Leadership

• Lead from the floor with energy and optimism, actively selling while setting expectations for the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong quote pipeline, and driving consistent quote reviews.
• Own the full customer journey with curiosity and adaptability, setting the standard, using insights to guide performance, and holding the team accountable to convert, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Model expert product knowledge while fostering a fun, engaging environment-coaching the team to deliver compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and memorable experiences while actively closing business yourself.
• Drive long-term impact and sales growth by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, embracing change and opportunity along the way.
• Run the business with confidence and agility, owning P&L performance through strong decision-making, disciplined execution, and a willingness to navigate ambiguity to deliver results, meeting and exceeding your goals and KPIs.

People & Culture Leadership

• Set the vision and lead a high-performing team - building a people-first culture of growth, accountability, and big thinking.
• Cultivate an inclusive, respectful environment where belonging is real, diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone can do their best work.
• Own talent outcomes end-to-end - recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining top-performing Associates while building a strong bench through ongoing outreach, relationship-building, and community networking.
• Proactively identify people issues early and handle them with care, coaching through conflict, pulling in partners when it's time, and keeping the team experience positive, respectful, and high-performing.

Operational Excellence

• Lead day-to-day operations - scheduling, merchandising and inventory, technology, and other as needed - with a focus on supporting great customer conversations
• Bring brand standards, safety, and policies to life in a way that feels approachable and customer centric, and take good care of our team and our business.
• Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow.
