Showroom & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective builders in our showroom to understand their design vision, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Educate builders on cabinetry lines, countertop materials, fixtures, finishes, and design options.
• Greeting people and leading intake, selections, and design.
• Collaborate with our in-house installation team and interior designer to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction requirements.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with builders from concept through project approval.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, product knowledge, and remodeling best practices.

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree is required
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, client services, kitchen and bath, or design sales preferred.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen and bath cabinetry materials, finishes, and hardware.
• Willingness to learn about residential construction and remodeling processes (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills with the ability to build client trust.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
