Showroom & Project Coordinator
Southampton, PA | The role is based in the showroom

You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, gain valuable product and design knowledge, and play a key role in guiding projects from concept to approval.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective builders in our showroom to understand their design vision, lifestyle needs, and budget.
- Educate builders on cabinetry lines, countertop materials, fixtures, finishes, and design options.
- Greeting people and leading intake, selections, and design.
- Collaborate with our in-house installation team and interior designer to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction requirements.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with builders from concept through project approval.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, product knowledge, and remodeling best practices.
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree is required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, client services, kitchen and bath, or design sales preferred.
- Willingness to learn about kitchen and bath cabinetry materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Willingness to learn about residential construction and remodeling processes (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills with the ability to build client trust.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
