Showroom Sales Associate

A well established specialty home improvement retailer in Roswell is hiring a Showroom / Retail Sales Associate for a direct hire opportunity, with openings in the Roswell and Marietta areas. This is a consultative, big ticket sales role where average transactions run into the thousands, and strong performers have real earning upside on top of a solid base.

What You'll Do
This role covers the full sales cycle from first customer contact through close and follow up:

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor and identify their project needs
• Ask questions to understand budget, timeline, and product fit, then recommend the right products
• Build and send draft orders before the customer leaves the store whenever possible
• Enter customer and project details into the company's CRM system to keep the sales pipeline accurate
• Follow up consistently on quotes, draft orders, and open opportunities
• Manage your own pipeline daily, reviewing follow up tasks and next steps
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently guide customer decisions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in building materials, home improvement products, flooring, cabinetry, windows, doors, or appliances
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Comfortable asking questions, recommending solutions, and closing sales
• Experience with CRM software 
• Strong follow up, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Bilingual a plus!
• Schedule is 5 days a week: 4 weekdays between Monday and Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, plus every Saturday 10am to 5pm. Off Sunday

Pay: $20/hour base plus a tiered commission structure. Many reps earn an additional $2 to $6 per hour based on performance, on top of base pay.
