At Pella, we don’t just sell windows and doors—we help customers bring their vision to life. As a Showroom Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand, creating exceptional experiences for homeowners, contractors, and designers while supporting local marketing efforts to grow our presence.
What You’ll Do
Engage Customers: Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and guide them through product options.
Showcase Expertise: Demonstrate Pella’s innovative products and explain customization, energy efficiency, and design features.
Drive Sales: Generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and assist with quotes
Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays with new products.
Boost Marketing: Plan and support local events (open houses, community outreach). Create engaging social media content and respond to inquiries. Assist with email campaigns and promotional materials.
Follow Up: Ensure timely communication and accurate CRM records.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience in retail, design, customer service, or marketing (home improvement a plus).
Strong communication skills and a passion for design.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media.
