Shrink wrap/packing operator

Rapid Visual Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shrink Wrap/Packing Operator to join our team in Ringoes, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment in a production setting
• Inspect finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and proper labeling
• Pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Meet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
• Familiarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
