Shuttle Driver/ Breakfast Server/ Lobby Attendant

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our hotel staff as a Hotel Shuttle Driver / Guest Services Associate. This unique role combines safe and courteous shuttle transportation with guest service responsibilities. Depending on the daily schedule and operational needs, you’ll serve as either a Lobby Attendant or a Breakfast Server, helping ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

Shuttle Driver

* Safely transport guests to and from designated locations using the hotel shuttle.

* Assist guests with luggage as needed.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and fuel-ready shuttle vehicle.

* Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

* Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and local recommendations.

Lobby Attendant (Assigned as Needed)

* Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and public areas.

* Stock guest amenities and refreshments.

* Assist guests with general questions and requests.

* Monitor entrances and public spaces for cleanliness and safety.

* Support the front desk team when appropriate.

Breakfast Server (Assigned as Needed)

* Set up and maintain the complimentary breakfast area.

* Prepare and replenish food and beverages.

* Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

* Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

* Provide attentive, friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

* Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

* Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

* Friendly, professional, and dependable.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

* Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and assisting guests throughout the shift.

* Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
