Position Title:Shuttle Driver -CDLDepartment:ParkingJob Description:General Description: The Shuttle Driver – CDL Bus transports guests by driving a vehicle holding over 15 passengers (or smaller vehicles as needed) within the assigned location, providing safe shuttling service, exceptional customer service, and a warm and friendly arrival and departure experience. Essential Responsibilities:Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.Greet customers in a courteous manner, provide customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, and willingness to help.Shuttle guests to and from their cars to various locations on the location campus.Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services.Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean.Work independently and as part of the team. General Responsibilities:Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 0-3 years required. Previous shuttle driving and/or customer service experience preferred.License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Valid Commercial Driver’s license (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement and clean driving record.
