Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Shuttle Driver obtains and delivers food supplies and senior passengers. You will ensure passenger safety and that vehicles are maintained. You will report to the Senior Nutrition Program Manager.
Primary Tasks:
Pick up and deliver food supplies (commodities) on a weekly basis.
Transport passengers to locations including Choctaw Nation community centers and area events.
Assist disabled passengers in and out of the vehicle.
Ensure passenger safety; secure wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Lift medical equipment including wheelchairs and walkers for passengers.
Complete driver logs and check lists according to GSA and CNHSA guidelines before and after use of the vehicle.
Schedule maintenance of vehicle and repairs when needed.
Ensure cleanliness of vehicle after each ride.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Assist housekeeping in the dining area before and after meals when not on transportation assignments.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Valid driver's license
