The Shuttle Driver (Golf Cart) is responsible for assisting members with their immediate needs. This may include parking management, provisioning assistance, vessel checks on the marina docks throughout marina. This role may also be referred to as Member Services Specialist. Hours: Monday through Friday - depending on customer needs Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate company golf cart for extended periods of timePrepare and update shuttle logs, incident reports, and End of Shift ReportsOperate multiple communication systems including: Microsoft Outlook, VIOP Phones, Cellphones, and UHF/VHF Radio systemsEducate the customer regarding the property, surrounding area, events and local attractionsCollaborate with multiple departments in a professional matterConduct regularly scheduled inspection and maintenance of shuttle vehiclesFollow and comply with all directions given by dispatcher on shiftPolitely enforce MARSEC (Maritime Security) standards, policies, and proceduresRespond to emerging customer needs without sacrificing safety.
