  • Safely transport passengers to approved designated drop off & pick up points as approved by management

  • Check hands free device for connectivity before starting shift in vehicle

  • Perform vehicle safety inspection using checklist prior to transporting passengers

  • Monitor interior of van for cleanliness. Remove trash, and perform light cleaning.

  • Maintain a safe vehicle. Alert management of any operational concerns

  • Maintain necessary service records

  • Completes mileage log book 

  • Monitors gas tank level, and replenishes as needed.  

  • Complies with all laws and regulations regarding operating, maintaining assigned company or leased vehicle

  • Warmly greet passengers as they enter/depart the van 

  • Ensures that passengers complete passenger log prior to departure. Files log.

  • Offer water to passengers during warm months

  • Assist passengers with luggage as needed

  • Analyze passengers pick-up/drop-off schedules to ensure efficiency in shuttle runs

  • Support other departments as needed during downtime

    • Cleans all public areas.  

    • Empties all trash receptacles and ashtrays in corridors and public areas.

    • Cleans all outside area walkways; sweeps stairways and landings; cleans railings and washes all EXIT doors.

    • Cleans public restrooms.

    • Washes windows as per schedule.  (Using Housekeeper’s Report Form, sets schedule for window cleaning using dates as record.)

    • Cleans elevators, tracks, chrome, and stainless steel at each landing.

    • Spot-cleans walls and doors; removes cobwebs; cleans fire extinguisher areas.

    • Wipes baseboards, railings, telephones, walls, vending areas, exit doors.

    • Collects soiled linen from Room Attendant carts and delivers to the assigned area.

    • Vacuums all inside corridors and shampoos carpets.

    • Assists in keeping all storage areas and linen rooms clean.  Assists the housekeeper in checking supplies, opening cartons, and placing supplies neatly on shelves.

    • Assists in making beds and cleaning rooms (flips mattresses periodically when necessary), as instructed by the Manager on Duty.

    • Delivers cribs and rollaway beds to guest rooms.

    • Patrols pool area – cleans tables, empties garbage, removes used towels and replaces as necessary, cleans workout facilities. 

    • Removes dirty linen.

    • Inspects exterior of building including parking lot for trash, empties receptacles, removes cigarette butts.

    • Inspects marketing collateral, replacing expired or damaged items.

    • Cleans & disinfects lobby bathrooms including: basin, toilet, tile, flooring, and walls using approved cleaning chemicals. 

    • Cleans mirrors, windows, vent cover, glass doors.

    • Reports items that require repair or additional cleaning to the appropriate person/department.

    • Restocks housekeeping cart.

  • Additional duties may be added at any time at the discretion of management
