Responsibilities
The individual selected for this position will support the Sponsor's organization responsible for transforming acquisition and program management by optimizing programs and accelerating capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with leadership to design, edit, and develop high-level presentations and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Develop branding and communication strategies that align with customer initiatives.
Design customer logos, branding materials, print collateral, and signage using Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain and update websites using WordPress (TalkAbout) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop, design, edit, and execute eBlast campaigns for a variety of DG projects:
Announcements and newsletters
PM CoE events and announcements
COTR Day event eblast campaigns
Innovation Fund announcements
Facilitate, organize, design, and support events for the office to include vendor-focused events for the Engagement Team as well as for the Solutions Team. Use a mix of project management and design skills to assist the office with event planning and execution.
Develop, edit, disseminate highlights to 7th floor, what's news, and other communication avenues.
Manage TaskITs, as required, for the office.
Manage classification reviews for relevant projects and events.
Manage IPS orders, communications, and pickup activities.
Utilize Sponsor software to edit and produce video materials for DG events and promotional materials.
Execute duties as a DTO for Digital Gateway deliverables and data transfer projects.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
