What Youll Do
Provide critical care to adult patients in the SICU, including trauma, post-surgical, and oncology cases
Manage ventilators, ICP monitoring, EVDs, and other advanced procedures
Titrate vasopressors and perform CRRT as required
Respond to patient emergencies such as hemorrhagic shock, sepsis, ARDS, and strokes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care
Document patient progress and interventions accurately in EPIC
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital policies
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with strong EPIC system knowledge
Ability to manage complex patient conditions, including ventilator management and neurocritical care
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred but not required:
Oncology clinical experience
Experience in external ventricular drain management, ICP monitoring, and other neurocritical procedures
