What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized care for high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op cardiac, transplant, and surgical recovery cases
• Maintain safe patient monitoring and administer treatments such as PA catheters, balloon pumps, and CRRT
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in relief or emergency teams as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications
• ICU experience, particularly in SICU and transplant recovery
• Skills in managing post-op cardiac patients, including PA catheters and balloon pumps
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to high-acuity environments
