What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve repairs, and transplant recoveries
• Monitor and manage patients on PA catheters, balloon pumps, and RRT
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and coordinate with the healthcare team during critical situations
• Follow advanced protocols for cardiac and transplant ICU patients
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Active Louisiana RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a high-acuity setting
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong skills in cardiac ICU care, transplant recovery, and use of PA catheters preferred
