Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license in Louisiana, ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
Experience: Critical care ICU experience, Epic experience preferred, experience with PA catheters & balloon pumps preferred

What Youll Do
Provide expert nursing care to high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve repairs, and transplant recoveries
Monitor and manage patients on PA catheters, balloon pumps, and RRT
Respond efficiently to emergencies and coordinate with the healthcare team during critical situations
Follow advanced protocols for cardiac and transplant ICU patients
Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a high-acuity setting
ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required
Epic EMR experience preferred
Strong skills in cardiac ICU care, transplant recovery, and use of PA catheters preferred
