Side Loader Forklift Operator

Chase Staffing is currently hiring Side Loaders in the Adairsville, GA area!

The Side Loader is responsible for safely operating a side loader forklift to transport, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

?? Pay is starting at $20.00 per hour.

Shift Available:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM

?? Some Saturdays are required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a side loader forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Stage and organize materials for production and shipping.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous side loader forklift experience is required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and be comfortable working in the heat.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a desire to work.
• Must have a sense of urgency—proactive, dependable, and a go-getter attitude.
• Must be willing to complete a drug screen at Piedmont Urgent Care.
• Must be able to come into our office TODAY to complete onboarding paperwork.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.
