About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Sides Server to join our fast-paced BBQ team. In this role, you'll serve fresh, made-from-scratch side dishes quickly and accurately while providing outstanding customer service. You'll help keep the serving line stocked, clean, and running efficiently to ensure every guest enjoys a great dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve side dishes quickly, accurately, and with consistent portion sizes.
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide friendly customer service.
- Keep serving stations fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the kitchen when refills are needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized serving line and dining area.
- Work efficiently with teammates to keep lines moving during busy meal periods.
- Help with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
