The Sidewalk Repair Project Coordinator supports the Portland Bureau of Transportations (PBOT) Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program by managing contracted sidewalk repair projects from assignment through completion. This position provides project management, contract administration, contractor coordination, and assessment administration to ensure sidewalk repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with City standards. Working collaboratively with Public Works Inspectors, contractors, property owners, and internal City partners, this position oversees project delivery, verifies completed work, and determines final assessable costs. This role exercises independent judgment in coordinating contractor work, resolving project issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, specifications, and accessibility requirements.
