What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, youll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your teams daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - youll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

You will act as the interface between the business and our offshore providers, supporting SAP application maintenance and project delivery across a range of Finance and Controlling (FICO) topics.

How Youll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. Youll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Drive standardized FICO processes and SAP best practices
• Gather requirements and support SAP FICO solution design
• Coordinate offshore partners; ensure quality and SLAs

What You Bring

• A master's or doctoral degree in Information Technology, Finance or closely related
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of finance processes (e.g., accounting, controlling)
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working preferred
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
