**Summary** Join a growing team that builds custom, high-quality signs seen by thousands of people every day. We are looking for a dependable Sign Fabricator who takes pride in their work and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop. Prior sign experience is a plus, but we are also open to strong fabricators who are ready to learn the sign industry. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Fabricate and assemble sign components such as channel letters, cabinets, monuments, and custom projects. - Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure signs are built to specification. - Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, brakes, drills, grinders, and other hand and power tools. - Perform light to moderate aluminum welding as needed to complete sign assemblies. - Fit, assemble, and finish parts to meet structural, quality, and appearance standards. - Inspect parts and finished signs throughout the process to verify accuracy and quality. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all company safety procedures. **Qualifications** - Previous sign fabrication experience, or solid metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing or shop environment. - Ability to read a tape measure and basic fabrication drawings or blueprints. - Experience with aluminum welding (MIG or TIG) preferred; training available for the right person. - Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools and working around fabrication equipment. - Strong attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Work Schedule and Conditions** - Full-time, on-site position at our Charleston, MS facility. - Shop environment involving standing, bending, lifting, and handling materials and finished signs throughout the day. **Benefits** - 401(k) and 401(k) matching - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance - Employee assistance program - Employee discount - Paid time off
