We're seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator & Installer in the Indianapolis, Indiana area who takes pride in precision work and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. If you're the type who sees a crooked sign and has to fix it, we want to talk.
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate custom signs from concept to completion
- Install signage with meticulous attention to detail
- Work with various materials and cutting-edge equipment
- Be the final quality check before our work hits the street
What We Need:
- 1+ years sign industry experience (non-negotiable)
- CNC Router experience (major bonus points!)
- Self-motivated go-getter mentality
- Sharp eye for details - because "close enough" isn't in our vocabulary
- Physical ability for hands-on fabrication and installation
