Description:

The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of experience in installing and servicing internally illuminated channel letters, building and pole signage. They must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, a willingness to travel, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Candidates are expected to travel extensively within their designated territory and nationwide to install finished products and perform maintenance at client project sites. This role includes managing multiple installation and maintenance projects for leading brands in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, and financial service sectors. The utmost attention to detail is required to uphold our stringent production quality standards. Additionally, excellent customer service, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential qualities for this position.

As a Sign Installer, your duties will include:

• Installing signs and various support structures, including drilling and pouring concrete foundations.
• Completing all necessary paperwork, such as work orders and material lists.
• Safely loading and securing signs, pipes, and related materials.
• Conducting general maintenance on company trucks and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including overtime when required.
• Physically performing the requirements of the position.
• Attending meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Ensuring the care and security of company resources.
• Availability for travel to job sites

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3 years of experience installing exterior and interior electrical signage.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL Class A or B preferred but not required).
• Crane and OSHA 10/30 certifications (preferred but not required).
• Journeyman Sign Electrician License (preferred but not required).
• Experience with bucket trucks or crane trucks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to train and lead team members in safe and accurate procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
