A Successful FASTSIGNS Electrical Sign Installer is able to:
Install troubleshoot and repair electrical signage including LED and neon signs. Interpret sign designs and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation. Conduct site inspections to plan and prepare for sign installations. Ensure compliance with local state and federal electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines. Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a clean organized and functioning state. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and professional interactions.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Electrical Sign Installer
Clean driving record Proficiently uses hand and power tools Scissor lift and bucket truck experience required Experience installing a variety of signs required Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license required Minimum 3 years of experience in the sign industry or a similar field Strong understanding of electrical systems related to signage Proficiency in reading blueprints schematics and technical drawings Ability to work at heights using ladders scaffolding or lifts Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Welding certification and/or CDL license would be a plus but is not required Crane operator license is a plus Must be able to pass both a drug screen and background check
