We are hiring entry-level Sign Installers to support commercial signage installation projects. This role is ideal for candidates with basic construction or electrical experience who are comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and using hand tools.

Pay & Schedule
- $20/hour
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
- 600-hour temp-to-perm opportunity
Job Scope
- Read basic site plans, elevations, and installation drawings
- Measure and layout for accurate placement and leveling
- Drill, anchor, and fasten signage to steel, concrete, and brick
- Assist with basic electrical (LED drivers, transformers, disconnect tie-ins)
- Install commercial signage: channel letters, monument signs, panels, vinyl, wayfinding
- Work indoors and outdoors, including lifts, ladders, rooftops
Requirements
- Basic hand tool experience (drills, tape measure, wire cutters, wrenches)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work (bending, kneeling, climbing)
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, bucket trucks)
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Construction or electrical experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass DOT physical after hire
Work Environment
- Mix of indoor and outdoor job sites
- Exposure to weather conditions
- Travel from shop to job sites daily
