Position Overview
Orthopedic Rehab Specialists is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in Dixon, IL. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.
Additional opportunities are available in Belvidere, Byron, Winnebago, and Loves Park.
We welcome Physical Therapists of all experience levels, including new graduates. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, personable clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Role Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a diverse general orthopedic caseload.
This position offers the opportunity to:
Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment
Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions
Develop and grow a specialty caseload based on clinical interests
Collaborate with an experienced therapy team
Full-time PTs can build their clinical skills while working in a supportive environment focused on quality patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this full-time position is $72,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
Open to PTs of all experience levels
