Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, Ohio is recruiting an additional BE/BC OB/GYN to join our team of over 150 providers across more than 30 medical specialties.

Practice Details

• Seasoned team of four OB/GYNs, three Midwives, and one part-time Gynecologist
• All-in-one practice: Clinic is conveniently located in the hospital with easy access to the OR and Labor and Delivery Unit
• Even mix of GYN to OB
• Average of 30-35 patients/day
• Support staff: 1:1 nursing and eligible for AI scribe after six months
• In-office procedures: NST, colpo's, and endometrial biopsies; ablations and LEEP performed in the OR
• 24/7 anesthesia
• Block OR time with robotics available
• 650 deliveries per year
• Additional services we offer: childbirth education and preparation, lactation consultant, postpartum resources and support, menopausal care, screening for STDs, pelvic floor therapy, treatment of abnormal pap smear, regular and high-risk obstetrics, GYN and breast cancer screening, and financial assistance
• Labor and Delivery Unit includes two triage rooms, five labor and delivery rooms, 14 postpartum rooms, and a C-section suite
• Call 1:5 (upon hire) equally shared rotation with the group

Recruitment Package

• Guaranteed two-year salary floor, plus production incentive and bonus potential

• Long-Term Incentive (Choose One): Educational loan assistance over five years OR retention bonus over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement
