This is not a warehouse or forklift position.
This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day.

What Makes This Role Different
You’ll be working with:
- Large-format printers
- CNC cutting equipment (Colex)
- Laminators and finishing tools
Every job is a little different — and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.
What You’ll Do
- Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
- Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)
- Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision
- Trim, mount, and finish final products
- Follow and verify work orders for accuracy
- Help maintain an organized, efficient production area
- Partner with the owner and production lead/manager to build and maintain production processes, helping shape how work flows through the shop as we continue to grow

Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable using tools and production equipment
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Prefer repetitive, low-detail work
- Dislike fast-paced environments
- Need constant supervision or direction
