Youll follow detailed work orders, produce high-quality visual products, and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and a Colex CNC cutter. Prepare substrates, cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting for print or vinyl application. Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision on a variety of materials. Perform finishing tasks: mounting, trimming, packaging, etc. Review work orders for accuracy and quality at each step. Maintain inventory and report low stock levels. Keep the production area organized and clean. Who Were Looking For Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sign production, large-format printing, or similar preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. Comfortable with power tools and production equipment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable. Positive attitude and a strong team player.
