Sign Installation Technician
$25-$30/Hour | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Location: Eastlake, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of commercial signs and lighting systems
- Read and work from blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Dig holes, prepare installation sites, and assist with sign mounting
- Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- Work from bucket trucks at heights of 60+ feet when required
- Travel to customer job sites with an installation crew
- Complete repairs and maintenance on existing signage
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
Qualifications
- Construction, concrete, installation, landscaping, roofing, utility, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50-60 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sign installation experience
- CDL Class A or Class B
- Electrical or technical installation experience
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
Pay & Benefits
- $22-$23 per hour
