Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of signage and graphics, including banners, wall graphics, printed carpet installation and more.
• Measure and prepare surfaces for installation to ensure a flawless finish.
• Work closely with the design team to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all installation processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in signage or graphic installation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Familiarity with installation tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Product Design Experience
• Graphic Design Technology
• Knowledge of Large Format Graphics
