Qualifications
- Previous silk-screen printing experience required
- Experience operating M&R Silk Screen Machines is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate silk screen printing machines for t-shirt production
- Prepare machines for production runs
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain production standards throughout each production run
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
