• Set up and operate silk screening tools for various sheet metal parts.
• Prepare screens and inks according to job specifications and color matching requirements.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate reproduction of graphics and logos.
• Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Adjust printing parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Document production processes and track inventory of materials used.
• Assist in training new team members on silk screening techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in silk screening is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in silk screening or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
• Familiarity with silk screening inks and materials.
